Mini Mono Rail is a high-precision miniature linear guide with recirculating balls. Made entirely of stainless steel, it ensures long-lasting durability and resistance to cor rosion. The range includes two body versions - wide and standard - and four different sizes. The sliders feature two gothic profile rows of recirculating balls with a 45º contact angle on the raceways, ensuring high stability, optimized load distribution, and smooth, consistent motion. The guides are available in three accu racy classes (N, H, and P) and three preload classes (V0, Vs, and V1). When preloaded, Mini Mono Rail delivers enhanced stiffness while maintaining a low and constant friction co efficient. With its optimized geometry, the system combines com pact dimensions with a long service life, consistent perfor mance, and high accuracy even under challenging operat ing conditions. Thanks to these features, Mini Mono Rail is particularly suitable for applications in healthcare, measur ing instruments, the semiconductor and aerospace indus tries, as well as in packaging, food and beverage machinery, and special vehicles.
